Optimum Care provides care and services to people in their own homes.  A thorough care assessment is done which is person-centred, keeping the service user at the centre of the service and gives them the control over their care and support.

Led by qualified and experienced individuals, the management team are knowledgeable and aware of the care services and requirements of providing care.

With an ethos of high quality and care and a practice of compliance, even in areas where it is not required, our extremely rigorous recruitment and selection process guarantees we only employ the very best. All of our carers have a wealth of experience and the correct attitude towards care.  They undergo a series of checks including, Enhanced DBS checks, professional references, background checks, relevant training plus many more.

As a care provider, we aim to provide the best suited, appropriately qualified and experienced carers to support our service users. This is to ensure we provide a holistic, person-centred care service and at all times deliver respect, dignity and privacy to all of our service users.

Statement of Purpose

Our mission at Optimum Care Ltd is to provide person-centred, flexible, community-based care and support, of the highest standard, that promotes independence, dignity and choice to vulnerable people who cannot wholly look after themselves.   Optimum Care Ltd provides services to people in their own homes, at times convenient to them, and in ways they find the most agreeable.

Optimum Care Ltd has sound principles for the way in which our services are run; central to these is our belief that the rights of our service users are paramount. Providing person-centred and outcome-focused high quality care and support in ways which supports the independence of vulnerable individuals, their families, friends and representatives, enabling them to remain in their own homes for as long as possible is our purpose.
